BP has paid $134 million to the individuals and businesses affected by the Gulf of Mexico oil spill through an interim claims-settlement process that replaced the Gulf Coast Claims Facility, the company said. "The Transition Process continues to receive, process and pay claims, and there has been no interruption in the flow of claims during this time," Patrick Juneau, the claims administrator, said in a statement. "These claimants will never receive less than the 100% Final Offer they received from the GCCF."
