In Fargo, N.D., an organization called Friendship Inc. helps individuals with disabilities learn to use new technology to improve communication and other aspects of their lives. Devices such as the iPad are seen as particularly useful for individuals who have difficulties using a traditional computer mouse and keyboard. "Sometimes what we realize is it is not about the disability but the ability. They have so many abilities with the iPad. It's amazing to watch them work so fast," said Friendship's Dori Leslie.
