Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., believes that President Barack Obama isn't sincere about his commitment to an "all-of-the-above" energy strategy. "When Obama says 'all of the above,' it is something he knows he has to say politically," Graham said. If the president supported drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the development of TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline, "you would see a dramatic drop in gas prices simply because of future supply," he added.
