Robotics learning is rising in popularity among students, with events engaging students from across the country and the world in competition, despite just 10% of U.S. schools offering robotics classes or programs. While the subject often is relegated to extracurricular clubs and programs, robotics instruction can be easily incorporated into math lessons with resources from Project Lead the Way and other sites, suggests Jason Morrella, president of the nonprofit Robotics Education and Competition Foundation.
