Americans will watch more than twice as many online movies this year as they did in 2011, but with so many video-on-demand options available, consumers may find it difficult to determine which service is best suited for them, some experts say. As a result, competition among service providers will increasingly be defined by content, which will almost certainly make studio-licensing deals more expensive for VOD providers, according to Dan Cryan of IHS Screen Digest.
