Several Google applications are designed to help teachers differentiate instruction for students with a wide range of disabilities. Among them, Google Voice -- which saves voicemail online and can translate voice into text -- can be used with students who have visual or hearing impairments, while Google Docs can help students with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other learning disabilities organize, share and maintain documents online. Another app, Google Groups, allows students to respond in various ways to questions posed by their teachers.
