Marketers shouldn't be too quick to enter the mobile space, instead taking the time to design and optimize their sites to provide a seamless experience for visitors, experts advise. Many businesses, though, aren't taking the care needed, which may prove costly. "According to Google, 57% of consumers won't recommend a business with a poorly designed mobile site and 40% have turned to a direct competitor after a bad mobile experience," said Wilson Kerr, vice president of business development and sales at Unbound Commerce.
