Digital signage has proven to be more than a replacement for static menu boards -- they're also proving themselves as sales drivers at quickservice and fast-casual chains, said Patrick Renna, chief operating officer of burrito chain Boloco, during a recent panel discussion. "It's not just about digital menu boards for Boloco; it's about digital," said Renna, who also described how Boloco integrating digital signage with social media.
