Lemoyne, Pa., real estate broker Bill Gladstone sets a wellness example for his employees with a routine that includes a workout on a treadmill-like power plate machine that vibrates to exercise his muscles while he stands on it. Gladstone's BStrong4Life routine, developed by a chiropractor, is 30 minutes per week but he's hoping his employees will do at least a 10-minute a week basic workout to improve their fitness.
