Fast-growing demand driven by Starbucks and Nestle has tea farmers in higher-altitude regions of China's Yunnan Province switching to growing coffee, which can bring in three times as much money. Tea consumption in China still dwarfed coffee drinking last year, but java is catching up fast -- coffee demand is on track to grow 40% annually through 2015, according to Barclays analysts.
