Penn National Gaming has formally disclosed details of the $807 million casino resort the company hopes to build in Springfield, Mass., during an event on Thursday. "We're just starting today. We've got a storefront here in downtown Springfield. We will be on the ground here day in and day out through the course of 2013 until we know whether we've got this license or not," said Timothy J.
