National graduation rates for students with disabilities increased by 2% from 2009 to 2010, according to the 2012 Disability Statistics Compendium, an annual report compiled at the University of New Hampshire. More than 250,000 students with disabilities graduated with a diploma, and another 60,000 earned certificates of completion. During the same time, the drop-out rate for students with disabilities also declined by 1.4%, representing more than 84,000 students.
