Stress causes 55% of workers to miss one or two days of work each year, according to ComPsych’s 2012 Stress Pulse survey. The survey found 46% of workers are too stressed to be effective at work for one to four days, and 41% lose 15 to 30 minutes of productivity each day to stress. An additional 19% lose more than an hour a day taking care of personal tasks while at work.
