Four groups seeking to win a land-based gaming license in Sioux City, Iowa, will formally present their plans to the state Racing and Gaming Commission on Thursday. Sioux City Entertainment, Penn National Gaming and Ho-Chunk Inc., are promising the creation of hundreds of jobs should the commission select their proposal on April 18. "We're looking for people who are committed to guest service," said Bill Warner, president of Sioux City Entertainment.
