Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, scheduled for Friday a vote in the House of Representatives on some of the money to help pay for the rebuilding of areas devastated by superstorm Sandy. The vote will be on $9 billion for the national flood insurance program, said Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., after a meeting with Boehner. Then on Jan. 15, the remaining $51 billion in the package will be taken up by the House, King said.
