Two retail centers in Tucson, Ariz., have traded. They are Campbell Plaza, which is anchored by Albertsons and is 95% leased, and Swanway Plaza, a 60,000-square-foot center that was owned by an East Coast investor for 40 years.
A Feasterville, Pa., retail center has traded to Insalaco Development. The 24,803-square-foot center, anchored by grocery Bottom Dollar Food, was built in 2011. The retail center, the Shops at Walnut Grove, sold for $7 million.
