Bosses who escaped being named and shamed on the end-of-year listings of the country's worst CEOs shouldn't get too comfortable, writes Dan McCarthy. The lists tend to judge leaders by their firms' financial performance, therefore many boorish and incompetent bosses won't show up on the lists until their behavior drives their company into the ground. "Just give them a little more time, and they'll end up on a list at some point," McCarthy writes.
