Engineering graduates of 2012 are among those who earned "higher salaries on average than their 2011 predecessors," according to the latest survey from the National Association of Colleges and Employers. The average salary for engineering graduates was $61,913, a 4% increase from the previous year. "We've seen a steady increase in the average starting salary for bachelor's degree graduates over the past two years, indicating improvement in the job market for college graduates," said Marilyn Mackes, executive director of NACE.
