TalentBin founder Pete Kazanjy says his company is looking to compete with LinkedIn by offering recruiters access to a database of workers with hidden talents. TalentBin analyzes data from websites such as Quora, GitHub and Behance to find professionals who have demonstrated skills that might not be advertised on their résumés. Recruiters can access the database for $6,000 per year.
