KBS Realty Advisors has acquired Highland Park Place, a 17-story office tower in a Dallas Uptown submarket for $31.35 million. The tower is 83.6% occupied and gives the REIT a foothold in this coveted submarket.
Parmenter Realty Partners has acquired an Atlanta office building for $59.3 million, or $170 per square foot. Clarion Partners was the seller of the 19-story, 348,152-square-foot Lenox Building, which is in the Buckhead submarket.
PS Business Parks has acquired a portion of an office park in Virginia for $140 million. DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners was the seller, after acquiring the multitenant park five months ago. The deal gives the Glendale, Calif.-based REIT a strong foothold in Virginia's Tysons Corner submarket.
