The Wyoming Board of Education at its meeting Tuesday discussed statutory roles with state education officials as the two entities work toward statewide education reform. Among the topics of discussion were dividing accountability tasks between the two entities, establishing a clear system for paying bills and improving communication with legislators and the public. "I think we're working together, and we all recognize there are improvements to be made," said State Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill, who is also a board member.
