A U.S. district court dismissed a lawsuit by Ralls Corp. challenging an order by President Barack Obama to terminate a wind project in Oregon because of national security grounds. The company claimed the government failed to prove or explain that the project posed a national security risk, but the court argued that Obama's order is not subject to judicial scrutiny. The firm, however, could still challenge how a constitutional provision on due process was applied, the court said.
