Fluor has agreed to provide engineering services to Williams for its planned propane dehydrogenation facility near Redwater, Alberta, which will transform propane from Williams' fractionation facility into polymer-grade propylene. The deal's financial terms were not disclosed. "Fluor is pleased to have been selected by Williams to provide preliminary engineering services for what would be Canada's first propane dehydrogenation facility," said Fluor's group president for energy and chemicals, Peter Oosterveer.
