Students enrolled in Reynoldsburg High School's eSTEM Academy in Ohio are completing research projects intended to engage them in deeper learning as part of a new Capstone program. Many students attend school in the morning and work internships in the afternoon. "It's the commencement of a whole new way of learning. It's about keeping the senior year interesting and relevant. It's about having these students engaged and having the skills to be college- and career-ready," said Bob Wise, head of the nonprofit Alliance for Excellent Education and former West Virginia governor.
