Companies are missing out on talent because their jobs websites aren't optimized for mobile devices, experts say. Less than a third of companies with more than 500 employees have mobile-friendly jobs sites, and about 2% of Fortune 500 companies tailor their job applications for mobile users, according to CareerBuilder and Simply Hired. "Highly valued talent who [value] themselves or their time won't tolerate an inefficient application process," CareerBuilder's Hope Gurion says.
