Employees are increasingly seeing the benefits of wellness programs at work, according to a Harris Interactive survey of 1,103 employees. The study found that the percentage of workers who believe in the ability of corporate wellness activities to improve health and lower costs rose to 62% last year, from 55% in 2011. Employees who participate in such programs also had positive feedback: 59% say the programs help them be more productive, 51% say they improve motivation and 43% say the programs have lowered the number of days they missed.
