Washington-based wine-bottle manufacturer Bennu Glass, which was shuttered due to a costly furnace leak four years ago, expects the area's fast-growing commercial wine industry to drive demand for bottles from their facility, which reopened in July. "As demand continues to rise, there's going to be a glass shortage," said Jake Wendler, Bennu's sales and service manager. "Our expectation is that more and more operations will turn to us to for supply."
