China's Yellow River and Yangtze River Delta are among the 16 regions that will undergo groundwater monitoring as part of a government investigation into groundwater pollution, Chinese officials said. The 2011-2016 National Plan for Groundwater Pollution Prevention aims to analyze pollution causes and trends, officials said.
