Facebook is starting to dominate retargeted ad impressions, according to an AdRoll report. The social network accounted for only 3% just after the program started in August, but by December, the Facebook Exchange real-time bidding platform had amassed 63% of global retargeted impressions. Facebook enjoyed a lower percentage of retargeted clicks (45%) in December, as the click-thru rate is 40% lower on FBX than on other digital platforms, according to AdRoll.
