Chris Christie says the state could double its gaming revenues with the legalization of online gambling, and many other experts say online gambling will benefit bricks-and-mortar casinos. "It's so new and unproven that it's a flip of a coin," said Ed Spotts, a tourism instructor at Temple University in Philadelphia.
