The rise of social media has caused some recruiters to become rusty at crucial skills, writes Raj Sheth, CEO of Recruiterbox. Technology has made it easier for recruiters to locate qualified candidates, but it has made them lazier at digging deeper into candidate pools to find hidden gems.
