Roof replacement on three schools in Bridgewater, Mass., is expected to reach about $8 million. This is about four times what officials had estimated the cost would be. Roofs on two of the schools have leaks, while the structure on the other one is old and needs to be replaced. The school district has decided to continue its application for a 56% reimbursement of the cost at the Massachusetts School Building Authority.
