Sprint Nextel will be alone among the top four U.S. carriers in passing on BlackBerry's new Z10 touch-screen smartphone, the carrier said, adding that it prefers the lower-range Q10 model, which will feature a physical keyboard and a smaller touch screen. Separately, Yahoo said it will eliminate its BlackBerry mobile application as one of seven unsuccessful products the company will shut down.
