Last week's launch of Taco Bell's Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos was the most shared and discussed of any in Taco Bell history, according to company figures. Taco Bell began in January with a social media campaign to build buzz for the launch with sneak preview events announced on Facebook and Twitter and "epic deliveries" to select fans who talked about the launch. Taco Bell is also asking fans to share pictures of themselves trying the tacos for the first time, in exchange for a chance to have their image featured on a billboard in New York City's Times Square.
