Employers usually stereotype personalities when filling certain positions -- for example, a sales position would go to an extrovert -- David DiSalvo writes. However, a study suggests most companies would be better off tapping an ambivert: someone who is equal parts extroverted and introverted. The study showed that over a quarter, ambiverts made 24% more in sales than introverts and 32% more than extroverts.
