Tokyo Electric Power's radioactive water management is "sloppy," according to a council appointed by the Fukushima prefectural government to oversee the decommissioning of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant. The finding was issued after an inspection of underground storage tanks where several leaks were discovered earlier in the month. "It requires sophisticated supervision to store contaminated water," the council said.
