Transocean has 30 days to comply with the Chemical Safety Board's subpoenas for documents and other data related to the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, U.S. District Judge Lee Rosenthal ruled. Earlier, the company claimed that the board did not have the right to investigate offshore oil spills, and that it had already submitted most of the requested data to the U.S. Coast Guard and the Department of the Interior.
