The rise of digital health care will help mitigate the shortage of primary-care doctors in the U.S., says Frost & Sullivan analyst Greg Caressi, who has predicted that 80% of physicians could someday be replaced by new technologies. "Some of the business aspects really need to change radically," Caressi said. "If hospitals are going to survive, they're going to have to leverage telehealth."
