Danielle Hrzic and her husband quickly attracted clients for their business, Gourmet Gorilla, which provides healthy meals to schools. To continue her business' growth, Hrzic eventually realized that she had to step away from the day-to-day operations to focus on the big picture. She and her husband hired a director of operations, and their company is now serving about 7,500 meals each day.
