The Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention would get $686.2 million in fiscal 2014 under the White House budget proposal. The funding would include $62.7 million for chemical-risk review and reduction activities, up $6.2 million from fiscal 2012.
