Business schools should be doing more to train future leaders to behave ethically and to fight for corporate social responsibility, argues Donna Sockell. The key is to integrate ethical training throughout the curriculum rather than simply offering a specific course or two in CSR, Sockell argues. "[W]ithout those kinds of changes, in the months and years ahead we'll be stunned anew by the audacity of corporate malfeasance," she writes.
