China's Huawei Technologies might be shut out of the U.S. market over national security concerns, but a company executive predicts that the wireless network division will grow about 10% this year on its strong business elsewhere after a year in which sales rose 11%. "It's not an ambitious target," said Huawei Vice President Bob Cai, who expects the company's Long-Term Evolution network revenue to double to about $2 billion in 2013.
