Swire Properties has acquired a site close to its Brickell CityCentre project in Miami for $64 million. The 1.55-acre site will be incorporated into CityCentre, which will include a retail center, a hotel, office and two apartment buildings.

Southern California Edison is requesting $64 million from the California Public Utilities Commission to carry out seismic reviews of its San Onofre nuclear plant. The amount makes up less than 1% of its total rate charges, the utility said.
