A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge on Friday gave CBS Outdoor and Clear Channel Outdoor three days to turn off the electricity to some 77 digital billboards the companies were originally granted permission to erect in a 2006 deal with the city. Clear Channel plans to fight the ruling and work to make changes to the law, spokesman David Grabert said. "Turning off these signs, even temporarily, hurts the community and the economy of the city of Los Angeles," Grabert said.
