Students from all departments of New Hampshire's West High School are participating in a mock criminal investigation and trial. Criminal justice students, for example, will gather evidence and try to find a suspect in a murder, while drama students will portray witnesses and others involved in the case, then science students will test evidence. "For my students, it's all about taking the learning out of the classroom," said Tina Mulleavey, a social studies teacher at the school who coordinated the effort.
