TransCanada has revised the estimated startup of its Keystone XL pipeline from a previous late 2014 or early 2015 target to mid- to late-2015 because of regulatory delays. Sixty-seven months have passed since the start of the approval process, said Russ Girling, the company's president and CEO. "The project very much remains in the interest of the United States, and we remain ... confident that it will receive regulatory approval and be constructed," Girling said.
