QR codes on Re/Max real estate agents' business cards take users to a mobile-optimized, personalized Web page for each agent when scanned. The pages offer a wealth of information and are seen as a way to bridge the age gap between agents, whose average age is 57, and first-time homebuyers who tend to be in their 30s. "It makes a ton of sense to have a link to a communication method that's preferred by a different generation. It is all about building credibility and enabling that trust to happen more quickly," said James Alexander, CEO of Vizibility.
