Scripps Networks Interactive is upping the ante on its push for original programming, with 52 new series in the works for next season across its channels. The content includes 27 new shows on DIY Network and HGTV, 20 on Cooking Channel and Food Network, and five on Travel Channel and GAC. Scripps also plans to expand its native ad program, which includes such partners as JPMorgan Chase, Land Rover and Walt Disney.
