Danish researchers looked at nearly 1,000 men and found that those who were sleep-deprived had reduced testosterone levels and sperm counts compared with well-rested peers. Men with sleeping problems were more likely to have deformed sperm and smaller testicles compared with those who get enough sleep. The findings appear in the American Journal of Epidemiology.
