America's slow but relatively steady economic revival is proving a hard sell for President Barack Obama and the Democrats, experts say. The key question is whether voters will credit the administration with walking America back from the brink, or will instead blame Democrats for failing to secure a speedier recovery. "It's hard to do victory laps in the climate of slow growth and continued high unemployment," notes historian Douglas Brinkley of Rice University.
